Freightlink’s FRMT (pronounced “format”) is an audit and payment program that consolidates your complete transportation spend for all modes and carriers.
From parcel (UPS, FedEx, DHL) to LTL, Truckload, Ocean, Intermodal, Forwarders and Air Freight, you can now manage the information from your desktop in one application.
FRMT consolidates your weekly (aged) invoices and captures the data elements critical to your business. Invoices are audited for rate accuracy, duplicate protection, guaranteed service commitments and more. Audit results are reported to you to demonstrate savings as well as carrier metrics you can use in managing your transportation partners.
You can create a remittance advice and submit payment to the carriers directly; or take advantage of Freightlink’s consolidated freight payment service – writing only one check each week. The details of every shipment are stored in the database for your reporting and query needs. We also provide on-line tools to your carriers so they can research invoice status and payments.
